What payment methods are accepted?
GUESS Online accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, and GUESS Gift Cards. Please note that PayPal and GUESS Gift Cards cannot be combined at this time. With credit card orders, we will not bill your card until we ship your order. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your financial institution). Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card. GUESS reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

A note on Offers, Sales, Promotions and Discounts: Unless otherwise stated, prices on full price, sale and promotional items and affiliate offers cannot be combined with any other offers, sales, promotions or discounts. Sales, promotions and discounts may not be applicable to all sizes, colors or styles. Quantities are limited; no rain checks will be issued. Offers are not valid on previously purchased merchandise or purchases of gift cards. GUESS, Inc. reserves the right to extend, modify or discontinue any offer, sale, promotion or discount at any time without notice.

All Second Business Day and Next Business Day orders are shipped via UPS.
For Standard Shipping order, please track your package via the UPS and USPS websites.

*For second day and next day shipping, orders must be placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time to be shipped the same day. Packages will be shipped and delivered Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Friday or any time on Saturday and Sunday do not ship until the following Monday.

Business days are limited to Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Please allow an average of one additional business day for processing, and note that your order may be shipped in multiple packages at no extra charge to you. Please allow 10-14 business days for packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses.
For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review, including shipping/billing verification and credit card authorization and verification. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. During peak holiday periods, orders may take longer to process and ship. Once an order has been processed, actual delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method.
